The SKLZ Reactive Agility Coach helps athletes improve reaction time by combining mental and physical training. The digital coach utilizes four illuminated colored numbers that can be seen from a distance to help mimic game time decisions and train quick thinking during practice. When visual and audible cues are combined during training, athletes are forced to think and react quickly to develop Athletic Intelligence and improve their game day performance. Randomized training requires athletes to adjust on the fly to make split-second decisions, simulating in-game moments. Multiple reaction time speed settings can be activated through the included remote control to illuminate numbers on a timed interval or one at a time. Shipping Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 - 48 hours of being placed. Dispatch times will differ during high order volume periods. 

All SKLZ NZ orders are sent via courier. Exact delivery times are dependant on the carrier.

 30 Day Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can contact us at info@sklz.co.nz and our customer team will explain the process, step by step.

Returns

We are happy to offer a refund on all SKLZ items providing they are returned within 30 days, they have not been used and are in saleable condition. All tags must be attached and intact.

If you wish to return two separate orders, please do so by using the individual return labels.
